Since December I have burned Kanna that is currently level 212 and a Adele that is 221 (main). I have most of the necessary links for leveling and some for bossing.The mob count is pretty low without totem (don't wanna waste totems on legion mules) and they have twice the HP (for 50% more exp) so extra funding beyond the standard 6% att and 3% stat gear is needed. I find that training at non-SF maps gives me better rates than aliens.
