I got 45s-70s% on uworld quizzes and according to uworld, I had a high chance of passing the NCLEX. I failed with 75 questions. I rescheduled it as soon as I could take it. The second time, I used what was left of my uworld subscription to redo some questions, and I purchased Princeton review.Yes, it usually means you passed. I failed my first attempted and put in my card info 1 hour after exam. It took my payment and literally scheduled an appointment that day. The trick worked for me but in the bad way. I got my results emailed to me the next day. I did fail.ok, I just had to get that out of my system. Still feel unfair though. Especially when a bunch of my classmates said they only had like 2-3 med questions. Specializes in NICU. From what I can tell about the NCLEX, they ask you more questions in your weaker areas to make sure you're minimally competent.These questions are not rated higher than other question formats such as multiple choice, drag and drop, true/false. Not liking the format doesn't make it a higher level of questioning. I can make a very simple, basic (and therefore not an Above Passing question) using SATA. Means nothing. Having 265 questions isn't good or bad or anything at all.This is my second time taking the NCLEX, first time was the old gen and got to all 150 questions.
