Basically, when looking at armor, the upper half of stats is Plug 1, with the lower half being Plug 2. AFAIK you can't get 3x100 in the same plug. With that in mind, your 3x100 involves both plugs. As above/ the nimbus armor set drops with terrible stats. And apologies if the answer is obvious/ just back into the game after a two/ three year hiatus. transmog is in the game now so just use high stat armor then transmog to the look you want.
