Anesthesia is okay lifestyle during residency and just okay after like 55-60 hrs a week and I think most groups are like 1 in 6 week call or something like that for an average salary. Similar amounts of a vacation but rads you can work from home which is a plus++. As an anesthesia resident if you want lifestyle do rads.
