Compared to the Lectron and the FCR the smart carb is similar price. I am not so much looking for huge performance gains by burning more gas. Smart carb is also for 4 strokes. Lean it way over to one side. That upset the floats, thus flooding the bowl with more fuel. Cold weather needs more fuel to offset the oxygen density increase. I do it all the time just to make my carb bike start faster. It don't cost anything to try this method.
