Jan 28, 2018 · Installation. It is easiest to install studs when a track is removed from the snowmobile. If the track is installed on the snowmobile, we remove the rear suspension, lift the tunnel up high and work away. Make note that having minimal fuel in your tank is recommended when lifting the tunnel up high so that your fuel doesn’t drain out the vent. I think the Gen 5 in the Summit and Freeride is where there has been significant improvements. I believe this Camoplast track is set up for the 1.97 drivers / Sprockets . I would like to keep this track as I am looking at a re stock fee of $80. plus about $50. in shipping . I thought it was odd that some Ski-doo cranks were letting loose at 2500 miles. From researching, many riders were getting 5,000 to even 9,000 miles out of their cranks.
