I have recently started having problems with the wife's 2011 avenger 3.6 when she is going down the road and one time while at idle the engine stalls. It seams that 2-3 times this month it has happened from what she said it's when she is hitting the brakes.IF the engine will not start then you're either missing spark, fuel, the fuel is contaminated, or there is a mechanical engine issue. It first happened a few weeks ago, I took it to be checked and they said it was the alternator. I had the alternator and battery replaced. It was fine for a couple weeks and then when I went to start it today it wouldn't start.
