Of the 3 the cz 457 has the better magazines. I would buy a Tikka t1x before a cz, but I bought the Bergara B14r before either of those. Really depends on what your wanting to do, but the tikka is extremely accurate. Cz 457s are also very accurate, the Bergara is also incredibly accurate.
