For example, if it's midnight and you're in the US west coast, try swapping the active server to Germany. Reply. mattdf1. • 10 yr. ago. I have never played the PC version, but assuming it has LAN. It could be played on Tunngle, Hamachi, or Gameranger. The only problem is that most people who use those are people who have pirated the game so it may be difficult to connect to some of them.
It seems like the only way to prevent this issue is by resetting Windows, unfortunately. It is a DNS issue. Thats why certain windows accounts are having trouble, DNS can be configured differently to an account. Try manually setting DNS to googles.

PC in the US I do not have a problem getting into a match. Cheaters though tend to happen more than it should. Roughly 1 out of 3 matches I will run into an aim bot.
